Is Refund of membership possible ?
Even if one plugin is bought , then refund of membership fee is not possible , because great benefits are attached to the membership plans
What if the plugin is not working , and I want refund?
You can ask for refund of Plugins (within 15 days)that is not working after giving our support team a chance to solve the issue.If we do not solve the issue within 24 Hours , you will get refund for the plugin.
How long support & updates be available ?
You get free support and updates , till your membership is active
What if I want to downgrade my membership ?
You can downgrade to Silver Plan only if you did not buy any product after becoming member. Once you buy product after becoming Gold Plan , downgrade is not possible. For that you need to cancel the Gold memebership (without any refund) and buy fresh Silver Membership.
However if became Gold member , did not buy any product , but wants to downgrade membership , it is possible and balance of membership fee will be refunded
